WEEK 2 RECAP

Week 2 brought thrilling games with it, as we look ahead to what can be an even more exciting Week 3.

This week in the 2021-22 season of the FM Home Loans Men's Flag Football League, we finally had the majority of our teams play, as 28 teams all took the field this weekend.

Many teams brought fans, but no fans were more rowdy than the Toras Chaim vs The Mob fans, as that nail-biter had fans storm the field TWICE after the final whistle, as what seemed like a win for Toras Chaim turned into an L after a ref's review of the play.

Lev Mordechai won in blow-out fashion, as they seem to have changed their fortunes from a last place team to one of the top teams in Division 3.

Derech Etz Chaim finally took the fields as one of the annual champion favorites, only to have their hopes shattered by a motivated Team Omni.

It seemed as though Symphony has recruited themselves right into the big leagues, as they put up a fight in a close game against the highly touted Mercaz Moosen, before QB Mordechai Krupp was knocked out of the game with an injury.

Many of heads have been turned with big performances in the first 2 weeks, let's see who can keep it up en route to a Holyland Bowl trophy.
