Ayala Tours vs The Dpgs 13-7

Ayala started the game off three and out after a Shmuel Rosenfeld sack on 3rd down. The Jays then turned the ball over on downs giving Ayala the ball back. After another Rosenfeld sack on 3rd down, they went four and out as well. Ayala got the ball right back after an interception on a tipped ball from the TE. Ayala turned the ball over on downs giving the ball back to the Jays who threw another interception this time on 2nd down. Ayala turned the ball over on downs after another Rosenfeld 3rd down sack and then a sack on 4th down by Yaakov Lurie, and this time The Jays were finally able to score on a Yehudah Roffman 20 yard Touchdown, making it 7-0 Jays as they got the extra point. Ayala then had a nice drive down the field, and were able to score on a 3 yard Touchdown to Daniel zacks, and they also tacked on the extra point making it a 7-7 game at the half. The Jays started off the second half with the ball, but Shabtai Kaplan had an interception on a tipped pass to give Ayala the ball. Ayala took advantage of the turnover as they managed to score a few plays later on another Zacks Touchdown, making it 13-7 after an unsuccessful extra point attempt. Ayala got yet another tipped pass interception on the very next play, but they did not manage to score after The Jays had back to back sacks in the red zone, forcing a  big turnover on downs. Ayala got a sack on the next drive and forced a Jays punt. Ayala went 4 out to give the ball back to The Jays, but got the ball back on another Shabtai Kaplan interception, after he jumped the route. Ayala drove down the field a bit but ended up turning the ball over on downs, giving the Jays the ball back with very little time left on the clock. The Jays were not able to do anything with the ball, and Ayala Tours got the win 13-7.

Rocket Chai VS Pretty Princesses 15-6

The Princesses started the game off with the ball, and scored on a 25 yard jump ball Touchdown to Eli Nagel, and after failing the extra point the score was 6-0 princesses. Rocket chai then turned the ball over on downs after converting a first down giving the ball back to the princesses. The princesses had a couple nice completions but then Isaac Esses had a pick 6 after jumping the route before the receiver turned around. Rocket Chai converted on the extra point and went up 7-6. The Princesses drove down the field a bit after some completions and penalties, but ended up turning the ball over on downs. They held Rocket Chai to a three and out to get the ball back and managed to drive down to the red zone, but Rocket Chai made a big defensive stop on 4th down at their 11 yard line to get the ball back. Rocket Chai had a chance for one play and had a long completion for 30 yards but didn't manage to score and the half ended with a 7-6 Rocket Chai advantage. Rocket Chai opened up the second half with a beautiful pass and catch to Esses to get them into the red zone, but this time the princesses had a big stop of their own in the red zone as Gavi Bromfield had an interception to stop Rocket Chai from scoring. Eli Knapp came down with a deep pass for the Princesses, but the Princesses couldn't take advantage as they ended up turning the ball over on downs. Both teams exchanged punts, and then Rocket Chai had a nice drive going all the way downfield on 10 plays and eventually scoring on pass to the TE, and after Adam Schwartz came down with a jump ball, declining a passing interference for the 2 point conversion Rocket chai went up by two scores. Esses had another interception on the last play of the game to end the game at 15-6 for a Rocket Chai win.

Shabbos Bistro Vs Guardians 30-16

On the opening drive of the game, Shabbos Bistro forced a punt after a third down sack. Shabbos Bistro then had a couple completions, but eventually had to put the ball back as well after a 2nd down sack by Yehuda Dekimov and incompletion on third down. The Guardians then had a huge play by Ronen Lowenthal who caught a short slant and outran everyone for a 60 yard score, giving the Guardians a 6 point advantage after the failed extra point. On the ensuing Bistro drive, after they managed to drive down to the red zone, Lowenthal came up big again, getting an interception on a throw that fell short of its target. Two plays later the Guardians took advantage of the turnover as Moshe Scharf reversed field a couple times for a 30 yard Touchdown run, and after Lowenthal converted the 2 point conversion the guardians went up 14-0. Two play into the next drive Benny Baskman got a safety to put the guardians up by 16. Two plays later Shabbos Bistro finally had a big play of their own, getting a much needed interception by Ariel Diner to get the ball back, with half coming up fast. They were able to shift the momentum a little bit in their favor with two big catches, but were unable to score before the half expired, and went into the half down 16-0. On the first play of the second half, Erez Epstein had a huge 60 yard Touchdown catch off a beautiful pass for Shabbos bistro to make the score 16-6. The Guardians were able to stop them on the ensuing 2 point conversion to keep it at a two score game. Shabbos Bistro then forced a punt after three straight incompletions for the guardians. Shabbos Bistro then scored just two plays later as Tani Leitner outran everybody and scored a 16 yard Touchdown, and after another failed two point conversion the score was 16-12 Guardians. Shabbos Bistros defense forced another punt with the key play coming from Joey Selig on a 2nd down sack. Ariel Diner ran an out and up, scoring from 40 yards on a beautiful pass, after failing the 2 point conversion the score was 18-16 Shabbos Bistro with all of the momentum on their side. Bistro forced yet another punt, after another 2nd down sack, this time from Judah Leifer. Bistro scored very quickly again, as two plays later they scored on another great pass caught by Epstein for a 40 yard Touchdown to make it 24-16 after missing the extra points again. On the second play of the Guardians next drive, David Orbach had a huge interception, setting Bistro up for 15 yard screen pass to Joey zelig for Shabbos Bistros 5th Touchdown of the half. Ariel Diner came up with an interception on the last play of the game, sealing a 30-16 comeback victory for Shabbos Bistro.

CCJ VS YTVA 12-6

YTVA started with the ball but turned it over right away after Amichai Stein Jumped the route for an interception. Naftali Hollander caught a beautifully thrown pass down the right sideline for 50 yards giving CCJ  a goal to go opportunity from the 5 yard line. Unfortunately for them they're drive stalled there as they couldn't make their way into the endzone and turned the ball over on downs. CCJ forced a three and out for YTVA and on the ensuing punt Hollander had another big play, returning it 45 yards for the score, making it 6-0 after missing the extra point. Both teams then exchanged a couple three and outs. YTVA then drove nicely down the field, converting a couple 4th downs, and sealing the drive with a 3 yard Touchdown pass to Simon Kalish. They too missed the extra point and the game was tied at 6. On the last drive of the half, Zach Winslow of YTVA had a couple sacks to keep the score tied going into the half. CCJ striked quickly in the second half, as on the second play of the drive Menachem Rothenberg juked back and forth and scored on a 20 yard Touchdown, they missed the extra point again but went up 12-6. YTVA had a couple of chunk plays on their next drive, but couldn't get points out of it as they turned the ball over on downs. Nadav Seigel was able to get the ball back for YTVA towards the end of the game, intercepting a deep wobbly pass but YTVA couldnt do anything with it going four and out. They were able to force a four and out of their own, giving them one last chance to tie up or possibly win the game. They were able to drive down the field a bit on a couple of chunk plays, but unfortunately for them turned the ball over on downs, ending the game there as CCJ won this one 12-6.

Motzash

Omni VS Jay Feder Jewler 26-6

Omni went up quickly as Shalom Weisberg scored a Touchdown to start the game. After missing the extra point they were up 6-0. Omni then got an interception by Chaim Harris off a tip, but they went four and out giving the ball back to JFJ. Omni forced a punt after Sonenberg and Tzvika Septimus combined for a sack on 2nd down. On the punt, Tzvika showed great patience as he waited for his blocks, and returned the punt for a Touchdown after making a nice cut to make the last guy miss, they missed the extra point again and went up 12-0. JFJ threw another Interception  as Chaim Katz jumped the route and ripped the ball away from the receiver, setting Omni up close to the endzone. A few plays later they took advantage of the good field position and scored on a 6 yard Touchdown to Weisberg. This time they converted the extra point making it 19-0. JFJ then went 3 and out and punted the ball back to Omni at the one minute warning. Omni drove nicely down the field, using almost all the clock, and ended up scoring on 4th down on a wide open 3 yard out route to Motty Weiss, and after a successful extra point went up 26-0 going into the half. JFJ were forced to punt on the opening possession of the second half after another combined sack from Sonenberg and Tzvika on 2nd down. Omni drove all the way down to the red zone but could not score as Yosef Damski had a huge interception in the endzone, ripping the ball away from the receiver, keeping JFJ in the game. JFJ then drove downfield and scored on a beautiful pass to the middle of the field right over the defenders hand and into Damski for 29 yards. They missed the extra point and the score was now 26-6. Omni then drove down the field, killing all the clock and the game ended with them at the 8 yard line and winning 26-6.

Ramapo Rehab VS Eagles Nest 27-14

Ramapo Rehab started off with the ball and they were able to score just three plays into the game as Dudi Gelb threw a beautiful pass to Coby Walden for a 35 yard Touchdown. Avi Block then secured the extra point to make the score 7-0. Eagles nest went 3 and out as Aaron Taub had a sack on third down, pushing them out of range to attempt a 4th down play. Ramapo Rehab scored very quickly again as just two plays later they found themselves in the endzone as Taub scored on another beautifully thrown pass down the seam 33 yards. Raphael Wechsler scored the extra point on a jump ball in the back of the endzone to go up 14-0. On the following Eagles Nest possession, Block picked off a third down pass to give Ramapo rehab the ball. They again moved the ball down the field very quickly, and three plays later they scored on another 35 yard Touchdown, this time to Block, rewarding him for his interception on another beautifully thrown deep post from Gelb. Ramapo rehab missed the extra point this time and the score was 20-0. Eagles nest then got themselves back in the game with a great drive that they eventually scored on a pass to Eli Dreyfuss for 6 yards and after tacking on the extra point, the score was 20-7. Eagles Nest then finally stopped Ramapo Rehab and forced a punt, but they couldn't get the game any closer as they turned the ball over on downs. With the first half clock running out, Ramapo Rehab drove down the field a bit with some sideline catches, but they were unable to score and went into the half up 20-7. Eagles Nest had a couple completions on the opening drive of the second half, but ended up turning the ball over on downs after a couple penalties and an incomplete pass batted down by Taub. Ramapo Rehab then scored very quickly again, as it took them two plays to find themselves in the endzone, on an 8 yard out route caught by Wechsler. They converted the extra point on a leaping toe tapping catch by Block in the back of the endzone, and went up 27-7. Eagles Nest had a 30 yard bomb to Ayden Felps on their next drive that set them up for a 3 yard Touchdown, and added on the extra point to make the score 27-14.

They then attempted an onside, but did not convert, giving Ramapo Rehab the ball in the red zone. Ramapo Rehab could not take advantage of the good field position as they went 4 and out after Motti Dzialosynski had a big sack on 4th down. Eagles Nest then drove nicely down the field, but the game ended after a couple batted ball incompletions forced a turnover on downs, giving Ramapo Rehab the 27-14 victory.
