The U19 championship commenced, starting off with two strong teams battling it out for 3rd place, the Pink Princesses against Knaanim. From the start the Princesses showed immense dominance and sportsmanlike integrity as they were successful in almost every drive, and even had time for a few laughs. The Knaanim also didn’t waste their last game of the season, giving the best vibes and staying competitive. Both teams scored with impressive plays but by the end of the second half, the Princesses were up by a few touchdowns, leading them to snatch the third place in the championship. But the game of the night was arguably an incredible match-up in the Bolts vs Rawdogs final for the championship. Despite rainfall mid way through the game, both teams had incredible offensive plays and strong defense when it counted! Both teams advanced slowly but surely, getting touchdowns one after the other. The game was so close that by the last quarter it was unclear who was taking the game. But alas, the final touchdown scored by the Bolts, securing a 4-point lead over the Rawdogs, gave them the chance to attack on defense, stoping the Rawdogs from scoring and granting them the championship win! The Rawdogs played incredibly all season, and the MVP award was given to the Rawdogs player Ilan Shulman.
