Age Exceptions – Women's Flag Football League

Players who are interested in getting a special age exception status in the league, are requested to fill out the attached form and send by e-mail to the league manager. The e-mail must include: name, D.O.B, Teudat Zehut number and the reason your applying. If the player is younger than the year stated to play, please add a phone number and the details of one of the parents along with the players weight and hight.
